 had paid the totality of the cost of the apartment by the 21st of October =

  2.  We kindly requested a change of the four burner gas stove being insta=
lled in the apartments kitchen to the 6 point gas and electric stove as in =
the showroom
  3.  We also expressed our interest to be kept informed on your Company's =
future real estate developments.
