Please note Bayside has a penalty of Kshs, 50,000 for five months for filin=
g the returns late (dec2018 to april 2019). This one MUST be paid. no any o=
ther option. Also note: with nil PAYE you need no salaries expense in your =
accounts. Please call Salah for more discussion.
