Gentlemen,

The proposal makes financial sense and I believe Gure will send you the fin=
ancials we did together based on 12 floors of residential spaces, ground fl=
oor and 2 basement parkings.

The tentative approval cost is Kes. 2.5m plus whatever the county consultan=
ts will ask on top.

Sterling Partners believe we can start selling these units at 2.95m each an=
d our target will be to sell at least 80 units before ground breaking givin=
g us roughly 72 million on 30% deposits and the rest of the 70% remaining f=
unds to be paid quarterly upon ground breaking. This will be enough to fini=
sh the building 100%.

HOMS will need to set aside a total of 2.5m for digital marketing for the p=
eriod between launch and ground breaking. We believe this will be enough to=
 sell the requisite 80 units over the said period.

Total amount needed from now to ground breaking will be roughly 10m includi=
ng approvals, consultant fees and marketing. I therefore suggest we move wi=
th speed to and set a launch date of 1st February 2019.

I already discussed with Liban and Bashir on this.

Gure and myself will sit down to come up with a timetable and schedule tomo=
rrow on the way forward.
