The tentative approval cost is Kes. 2.5m plus whatever the county consultants will ask on top. Sterling Partners believe we can start selling these units at 2.95m each and our target will be to sell at least 80 units before ground breaking giving us roughly 72 million on 30% deposits and the rest of the 70% remaining funds to be paid quarterly upon ground breaking. This will be enough to finish the building 100%. HOMS will need to set aside a total of 2.5m for digital marketing for the period between launch and ground breaking. We believe this will be enough to sell the requisite 80 units over the said period. Total amount needed from now to ground breaking will be roughly 10m including approvals, consultant fees and marketing.
